What does the 30-day trial include?

At launch, Ada will help bring your tools together. You’ll connect your own email and calendars. You’ll keep leads and follow-ups in view. You’ll build your AI receptionist and try it on a working test number. The trial is for one business and one user. Your 30 days will start when onboarding is complete. Growth and Scale will put your agent to work on customer calls and add BOS text messages.

When can my agent answer customer calls?

At launch, Growth and Scale will put your agent to work on customer calls and add BOS text messages. Choose Growth for one voice agent. Scale will bring multiple agents and your team together.

How does annual billing work?

Growth is $1,990 per year and Scale is $4,990 per year, charged annually. That is twelve months for the price of ten monthly payments. Paid-plan allowances reset monthly. Annual payment does not create a yearly pool of minutes.

How are paid-plan voice and message overages counted?

On paid plans, Growth voice overage is $0.35 per minute; Scale is $0.30 per minute, in 30-second increments. Filtered spam and robocalls use no included minutes. SMS overage is $0.03 per billable segment; long texts can use more than one segment. Email overage is $0.01 per accepted recipient send above fair use. Usage charges are billed after use. Minutes are shared within one organization each month and do not roll over.

What happens when my trial or subscription ends?

Your organization’s workflows are deleted when its access ends. This happens if the trial expires without a paid plan, a cancellation takes effect, or the subscription lapses. They stop and cannot be started or resumed. Waiting steps and scheduled actions cannot run. Other organizations keep their own plans and workflows. We will show the applicable timing before enrollment and cancellation.

Do I need a separate AI plan or provider account?

BOS client components are free and open source. You subscribe to the hosted BOS service. Use your own supported AI workspace; its plan and any required subscription are separate. We will confirm the email/SMS connection and any provider or sender charges before enrollment.

How does Subscription Director’s 4% fee fit?

The 4% application fee applies only to payments BOS collects for customers through Subscription Director. It is separate from your BOS subscription and does not apply to your own Stripe billing. Any applicable payment-provider processing fees are separate.

How do I join?

Request an invite to discuss your business and workflow. Access is reviewed. At launch, Subscription Director and Stripe will handle subscription checkout and usage billing. Paid checkout opens with confirmed billing terms; this page accepts invite requests.

Can I add more users or custom onboarding?

Scale includes up to five users with no extra per-seat charge within that cap. Larger teams and additional custom onboarding journeys need a separate quote. A price has not been set for those expansions. An additional organization under the same owner is $99 per month with its own Growth features and allowances.
